All FeelSafe Wireless Lifeline customers are required to recertify annually that they still participate in a qualifying program and are still eligible for Lifeline phone service.

Once you complete this recertification process with our Customer Service, your FeelSafe Wireless phone service will renew for an additional year with no changes to your current account.
